This year Spring has actually come on quite slowly for once down herein South Texas. Although our temperatures are all over the board, it has been nice. A few days ago we were 90F, while today we struggled to hit 70F. (Sorry, I know many of you in the Midwest are digging out from the latest snow fall or trying to stay upright on icy sidewalks!)
With days that have already been in the high 80’s and up to 90F, I notice “Cat Tummy Season” is already here.Β What the heck is “Cat Tummy Season?”
I think that explains it.
Sincerely, Emily
You can see what else I am up to over atΒ Sincerely, Emily. The topics are varied, as I jump around from gardening to sewing to making bread or lotion and many things in between.
What cute pictures. Ahh, the life of a cat. I’m one of those still digging out from the last snow storm.
Hi Dawn, thanks for stopping by. Ahhh, yes, a cat’s life.
What part of MN are you in?
I’m in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) metro area. Born and raised here so I’m used to our unpredictable winters but they sure can be frustrating some years. π
We have “Dog Tummy” season here π it is most definately NOT dog tummy season unless you count laying upside down in front of the wood burning stove?
Hi Fran, while you are cooling down, we are warming up. I can just picture you two in front of Brunhilda.
We 4 Emily…the dogs are definitely the closest to the heat ;). The great thing about Brunhilda is that she is a behemoth of a thing and she warms the whole house up so you can need 14 layers of clothing on to set foot outside the back door and it’s tropical heat inside π
