This year we celebrated our Second Annual Real Food Challenge. Challenging ourselves and our readers to eat fewer processed foods and focus on eating Real Food for the entire month of March.
While the month of March is now over, we still plan to continue the Real Food Challenge by keeping in touch with our readers every few weeks. We want to support our community with advice, recipes, and even giveaways when possible so that all of us can live and eat healthier.

Well, gloriosky. Never won anything before. Didn’t get that “luck” gene. Can’t wait to see what’s in the collection! So excited! Thanks.
Congrats Xan. I hope you like the seed collection, they’re all favorites in my garden here in Ohio, so they should do well for you in IL. Some of them are seeds saved from my gardens, some purchased, some gifted from friends, some traded with others, most are heirloom open pollinated so you can save the seeds from year to year. Anything specific you’re looking for seeds for?
